Initial Session
Finding the right counsellor and type of counselling for you is vital to ensure success in therapy. An initial session is a chance for you to get an idea of my approach to counselling; get an idea of what a session and support would look like and to ask any questions you may have. It is also a chance for us to discuss whether it seems right for us to work together. During this session we will go through a counselling contract that can help to establish the idea that we are entering a therapeutic journey which we will both play a part in.
This session is up to 50 minutes, are free of charge and take place online via Teams.
