Counselling is a place where you can explore any worries and personal issues you may be experiencing confidentially. I am a qualified in the Person Centered approach to counselling; as a Person Centered counsellor I believe that every person has the ability to find the solutions to their problems as long as they are given the right environment in which to do that.  During a session I will endeavour to create that environment by listening with empathy, understanding, compassion and acceptance.

I am BACP registered which means I am held to a code of ethics and standard of practice.
